Privacy Policy
What data 24zdorovie collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how to opt out: analytics, advertising, the newsletter and your rights.
Updated: August 17, 2026
This policy explains what data 24zdorovie.com collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how to limit it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal cipher. If anything remains unclear, email info@24zdorovie.com.
The short version
Who processes the data
The 24zdorovie.com website and the 24zdorovie editorial team. For any question about data, write to info@24zdorovie.com. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What data we receive
Data you give us. Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter, and the contents of your message if you write to us. That is all we ask for: there is no registration, no user account and no health questionnaire on this site.
Technical data your browser sends. Whenever a page opens, the server receives an IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, the page requested and the referring page. This is how the web works — without it the browser could not fetch the page at all.
Analytics data. Anonymous statistics: which pages get read, how long people stay, what devices they use. It tells us which articles are useful and what is broken. We look at site-wide numbers, not at individual people.
Why we need it
- To serve the site. Technical data makes the page load and remembers your theme and language between visits.
- To understand what gets read. Statistics show which topics readers need and which articles should be rewritten or removed.
- To send the newsletter. Your address is used only to send new articles. We never sell the list or rent it out to advertisers.
- To show advertising. Advertising pays for the editorial work and keeps every article free to read.
- To answer your email. Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to resolve the matter.
Cookies and browser storage
Technical. The site stores your chosen colour theme in localStorage (key 24zdorovie-theme). It is not a cookie, never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.
Analytics. Set by statistics services to tell a returning visitor from a new one.
Advertising. Set by ad networks to serve ads and cap how often you see the same one.
Analytics and advertising cookies can be switched off in your browser settings or with an ad blocker. This does not affect reading — all content stays available.
Third-party services
We do not hand your data to third parties for their own purposes, but parts of the site run on external services. When enabled, they receive your browser's technical data and act under their own policies:
| Service | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | traffic statistics | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Yandex Metrica | traffic statistics | yandex.com/legal/confidential |
| Google AdSense | advertising | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |
| Ezoic | advertising and consent management (CMP) | ezoic.com/privacy-policy |
| Yandex Advertising Network | advertising | yandex.com/legal/confidential |
| Hosting provider | serving the site, server logs | per provider agreement |
Advertising and consent for advertising cookies are handled by the Ezoic platform together with its certified consent management tool (CMP): for visitors from the EEA/UK and US states with privacy laws, it shows a consent notice and passes your choice to advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalisation in Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) and in Yandex settings — ads will still appear, just less relevant ones. To opt out of third-party advertising cookies entirely, use aboutads.info, or youronlinechoices.eu in the EU.
Affiliate links
Some product links are affiliate links: if you follow one and buy something, the shop pays us a commission and the price for you does not change. Such links are labelled, and following one tells the shop you arrived from our site. What the shop does with that is governed by its own policy. Details are on the Advertise page.
How long we keep data
Your email address: for as long as you are subscribed, plus a short period after unsubscribing so we do not accidentally add you again. Correspondence: while the matter is open and up to a year after. Anonymous statistics: per the analytics services' terms, typically 14 to 26 months. Server logs: a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for the newsletter, or object to processing. Email info@24zdorovie.com from the address in question. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter — no explanation needed.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Only the editorial team can access subscriber addresses. Perfect security does not exist online, which is exactly why we deliberately collect as little as possible — what we never hold cannot leak.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page, for example when we add a new service. The date of the last change is shown at the top. Significant changes are announced in the newsletter.
